The Client Services Associate will support the daily operational needs of the wealth management team, including resolving client inquiries, managing client accounts, preparing reports, and supporting financial advisors in delivering comprehensive client solutions. The individual will engage with clients to ensure a superior customer service experience, manage account documentation, and perform administrative tasks efficiently.QualificationsStrong skills in Client Services, Customer Support, and Customer ServiceExcellent verbal and written Communication skillsBasic understanding of Finance concepts and a commitment to expanding financial knowledgeAttention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasksProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systemsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environmentBachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferredPrevious experience in the financial services or wealth management industry is a plusPM-07062027-8692288.1.1
