Patient Recruitment Specialist

A company is looking for a Patient Recruitment Specialist responsible for recruitment activities for clinical trials. Key ResponsibilitiesMake 60+ outbound calls daily to assess patient eligibility for clinical trials Develop recruitment strategies and maintain knowledge of assigned medical indications Ensure accurate data entry of patient information into clinical databasesRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree, Associate's degree, or equivalent preferred Prior experience in customer service; call center experience is a plus Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus Experience with Salesforce is a plus
