Maintenance Supervisor
Responsibilities
Position Responsibilities
Provide leadership and strategic direction for facility maintenance efforts, enhancing asset utilization and uptime through the implementation of professional maintenance and reliability improvement processes, and developing preventive and predictive maintenance programs that include failure and root cause analysis
Ensure compliance with all maintenance company policies and procedures while prioritizing safety in accordance with OSHA regulations and best practices
Manage third-party contractors and oversee the company contractor management program to maintain operational efficiency
Maintain all equipment, buildings, and grounds to meet company standards, including landscaping, fire safety systems, HVAC, and critical process equipment
Provide responsive and proactive maintenance support to all facility customers, ensuring timely completion of service calls and machinery repairs
Support facility budgeting and capital projects while championing initiatives that reduce utility consumption and drive continuous improvement through breakdown analysis
Travel up to 10% of the time
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree with 3 plus years of technical, mechanical, maintenance or engineering experience and 0 to 1 plus years of supervisory experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma or Technical School Certificate with 6 plus years of the above stated experience and 1 to 2 plus years of supervisory experience
Preferred Education and Experience
Electrical or Vocational Certification or Bachelor's Degree
