Sousa & Company, Inc, a Union Commercial Painting Company is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform administrative functions in order to drive company success.Responsibilities:Draft correspondences and other formal documentsManage project and vendor files both on cloud and via hard files.Data Entry into various systemsCommunicate with Senior Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers on a daily basis to ensure documentation is submitted on schedule.Will manage submittal process for all projects within the company.Ensure all insurance documentation is kept up on all projects.Qualifications:Previous experience in office administration (5+ years)Ability to prioritize and multitaskExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail​Strong organizational skillsMust have strong experience with Excel, Word, & EmailAbility to work in a fast paced environmentPlus skills: Previous experience working for a Union Construction Company and/ or a painting company.Schedule: Monday - Friday; 9AM - 5PMCompensation based on experience levelCompany DescriptionSousa & Company, Inc. is a Union Commercial Painting company with headquarters in Pembroke, MA.
