This role is critical for ensuring a rapid response to potential customers and for laying the groundwork for successful sales engagements by ensuring timely follow-ups and qualifying opportunities.What You’ll DoFocus on engaging and qualifying inbound Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) from various channels. Prioritize and maintain a rapid lead response time, ensuring timely follow-ups with potential customers. Monitor and work to improve the conversion rate of MQLs to Sales Qualified Opportunities (SQOs). Conduct lead re-warming activities to nurture and re-engage colder leads. Perform AI human reviews of leads generated from platforms like 6sense and live chat tools. Utilize Simpro’s technology stack, including Salesforce, Groove/Hubspot, Cognism, 6sense, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, to manage and nurture leads. Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads. Actively participate in feedback loops with marketing, product, and sales teams to enhance campaign effectiveness and messaging. What You’ll BringExceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of leads. Proficiency with CRM software and sales technologies. A foundational understanding of market trends and customer needs in the relevant industries.
