Window Cleaning Technician

Job Overview: We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated Window Cleaning Technician to join our team. As a Technician, you will be responsible for performing high-quality window cleaning services while ensuring customer satisfaction. In addition to window cleaning, the role also involves gutter cleaning and seasonal holiday light installations during the fall and early winter months. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar work environment (e.g., landscaping, lawn care, roofing, construction, general labor), along with a strong work ethic, leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of service. Key Responsibilities: Provide window cleaning services, gutter cleaning, and holiday light installations. Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Maintain an organized work environment and manage materials/equipment effectively. Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns promptly. Ensure that crew members follow safety protocols and company guidelines. Arrive on time to all scheduled jobs and maintain an organized and professional appearance. Drive company vehicle to and from job sites as needed. Assist in seasonal projects, such as holiday light installations, during the fall through early winter. Assist in training and mentoring new technicians as needed. Maintain a clean driving record in accordance with company standards. Requirements: Prior experience in a related field, window cleaning experience preferred (landscaping, lawn care, roofing, construction, general labor, etc.). Valid, permanent driver’s license from state of residence. Clean driving record in accordance with company standards. Ability to drive to and from work with company vehicle. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs) as necessary. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot on the job. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
