Our ideal candidate should enjoy working with customers while producing signage that is both functional and eye-catching. Please note, this is NOT a graphic design position, but graphic design skill is a plus.  Requirements & Responsibilities5+ years sign industry experience.Experience pre-flighting and creating proofs from client's artwork.Understand sign fabrication methods and determine how signs are to be built.Track record of efficiently creating shop drawings and layouts for permits, fabrication, and installation.Broad knowledge of sign materials and substrates.Background in large format digital printing, vinyl creation and application – must be an expert in vinyl installation (all types).Expert with Plotter and Laminator.Ability to fabricate using a laser cutter, CNC router and panel saw.Ability to print vinyl jobs as well as concept and create acrylic, metal, wood and other types of signs.Strong computer and file management skills including expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Onyx and Adobe Photoshop.Extremely detail-oriented; multitasker.Professional, patient, and polished communicator with customers and coworkers.Good math skills for measuring, pricing, etc.Ability to work both independently and in a team environment with coworkers, customers, and subcontractors.Must be able to lift 75 pounds.Growth Path·        This position has exceptional visibility within our company and is engineered for career growth within our rapidly expanding company.·        For a candidate who shows the aptitude and desire, this role can quickly become a management-level position overseeing other production staff as we grow.·        Cross-training opportunities exist across our company in design, sales and a broad range of installations for employees willing to take the initiative to learn.·        Mentorship from leadership is offered to all employees, where you can learn personal development skills as well as business management skills.
