IF SO WE'D LOVE TO HAVE YOU!Job Description:Responsibilities include, but not limited to:Lead Marketing Strategy across all service linesDevelop campaigns for screenings, preventions and growth initiativesTrack referral trendsManage vendor, media, advertising, website, social media, and digital campaignsCoordinate communication across clinical and specialty service linesManage physician liaison outreach and referral relationshipsCoordinate provider visits, tours, and engagement activitiesCollaborate with physicians, APP's, executives, and operational leadersLead community outreach, sponsorships, and external partnershipsCoordinate internal events (UCBC Cares, Survivorship Picnic, Open House, Employee Appreciation)Represent organization at community, chamber, and healthcare eventsJob Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or communications or equivalent experienceAt least 3 years' experience in marketing, media and public relations or related fieldExperience with traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media.Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and PowerPointDesign software skills such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop and Acrobat.Experience in healthcare preferredPROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS:Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skillsDemonstrates flexibility and supports changes that improve quality of care, service and operationsDemonstrates flexibility in work assignments and hours within the departmentStays current and is responsive with email communication with internal and external.Strong organizational skills.Ability to be work independently and establish priorities with flexibility and collaboration with others.Ability to work well under stressful circumstances, and to handle multiple tasks at once.Superb accuracy and attention to detailMaintains consistent attendance and reports to work on-timeAttends required meetings as scheduledPhysical Demands and Working Conditions of Job: Requires sitting, standing, walking, some bending, stooping, and stretching to include lifting up to 25 pounds; Potential for exposure to communicable illness from contagious patients; Extensive computer work, including viewing computer screens for long periods of time.
