3rd Shift Etch Process Engineer - Onsite RF Microelectronics

RTX is seeking a 3rd Shift Etch Process Support Engineer to join the RF Microelectronics Department in Andover, MA. You will oversee etch-related processes for GaAs, GaN, and III-V focal plane array materials in a fast-paced, on-site environment. Responsibilities include on-the-floor engineering support, training manufacturing personnel, reviewing lots requiring special disposition, failure analysis, and working with cross-functional teams to improve throughput and reduce rework while
