Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Manufacturing Mixer/Baker located in Plymouth, MA. Responsibilities include preparing and mixing ingredients according to recipes and production schedules, operating and maintaining food processing equipment, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards, and handling baked goods production. Additionally, the role involves maintaining cleanliness and compliance with health and safety guidelines in the manufacturing area. Qualifications Experience with food production processes, mixing, and baking techniquesAbility to operate and maintain manufacturing and baking equipmentKnowledge of quality control, food safety, and sanitation standardsStrong organizational and time management skills to meet production schedulesAttention to detail, accuracy in ingredient measurement, and recipe adherencePhysical ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periodsExperience in a food production or commercial baking environment is an assetHigh school diploma or equivalent; training in culinary or baking arts is a plus
