Account Manager

If you are looking for a rewarding career with a company that values leadership, teamwork, and professional development, we'd like to hear from you!Position Summary:As an Account Manager in maintenance you will be in a client-facing leadership role responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while overseeing assigned landscape maintenance crews and portfolios. This position manages maintenance contracts, production schedules, team performance, and client relationships in alignment with company quality standards and customer service expectations.Key Responsibilities:Client & Account ManagementBuild and maintain proactive communication and positive business relationships with clients, property managers, HOAs, and stakeholders.Ensure high client satisfaction and account retention.Conduct regular property evaluations and client meetings to assess needs and resolve issues.Attend HOA or board meetings as requested.Identify enhancement opportunities and collaborate with the Sales team on new business opportunities.Manage maintenance contracts and ensure all services meet or exceed contractual expectations.Operations & Budget ManagementCoordinate and execute maintenance production schedules efficiently.Manage monthly budgets, reporting, and account billing procedures.Maintain inventory of materials and equipment for assigned crews.Report equipment and material needs to Branch Management.Follow all Maintenance Division opening and closing procedures.Team LeadershipLead and support landscape maintenance crews.Direct Crew Leaders and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.Monitor labor usage and allocate resources effectively.Approve employee time records accurately and on time.Provide coaching, training, performance feedback, and disciplinary action when necessary.Partner with HR to support employee engagement, onboarding, development, and retention.Safety & ComplianceMaintain safe and secure job sites for employees and customers.Report hazards, violations, and safety concerns promptly.Support company safety initiatives and compliance standards.CollaborationWork closely with peers and senior leadership on company projects and operational initiatives.Support a positive, collaborative team environment.Qualifications:Previous experience in landscape maintenance, account management, or operations leadership preferred.Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.Ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and schedules effectively.Experience working with property managers, HOAs, and commercial clients is an asset.Proficiency with budgeting, reporting, and team management.Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel daily between properties.Why Join Us?Career growth and advancement opportunitiesSupportive and team-oriented cultureIndustry-leading company with a strong reputationOpportunity to make a direct impact on client satisfaction and team successCompetitive compensation and benefits package
