The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation, delivering scalable, high-quality data solutions.It will be someone with Data background who has done the medallion architecture( Databricks data flow) , with functional knowledge and reporting background. This product is technical and reporting and nothing functional as it will be covering all functional areas.Top Skills:Serve as the Databricks SME, leading end-to-end data solutions across engineering, modeling, and reportingDesign and optimize scalable data pipelines using Databricks (Spark, Delta Lake, SQL)Translate business requirements into data models, KPIs, and actionable analyticsDevelop dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI, Tableau, or similar toolsEnsure data quality, governance, and performance while integrating data from multiple sources
