Logistics & Shipping Manager – Comfy Cubs (Full-Time, Miami, FL)Comfy Cubs is a fast-growing brand seeking an experienced and driven Logistics & Shipping Managerto take full ownership of all logistics and shipping operations. This is a key leadership role based in our Miami office, serving as the central point of contact connecting all departments with logistics.You will be responsible for ensuring the seamless movement of goods from our warehouse to customers, maintaining full visibility, accountability, and cost control across all logistics operations.Responsibilities:Shipping & Order FulfillmentCreate, manage, and book all shipments, including domestic, international, and Amazon FBA shipments across multiple countries.Manage and oversee all outbound shipments from point of origin to final destination, ensuring every shipment is tracked and confirmed delivered.Oversee all direct-to-consumer shipping operations, including carrier selection, negotiations, and cost management.Ensure all shipping documentation is accurate and completed on time.Monitor carrier performance and proactively resolve delivery issues, delays, or service failures.Inventory ManagementTake full ownership of all inventory moving in and out of the warehouse, ensuring accuracy and accountability at all times.Implement and maintain SOPs to support strong inventory control and operational consistency.Partner with internal teams to align inventory levels with business needs and prevent stock issues.Cost Management, Vendor Negotiation & Bill PayNegotiate competitive rates with logistics partners for pickups, deliveries, and freight services.Review and validate all logistics-related invoices to ensure accuracy and correct billing across all accounts.Take responsibility for processing and managing all logistics-related payments.Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities across shipping and fulfillment operations.Cross-Functional LeadershipAct as the primary point of contact connecting logistics with all internal departments.Work closely with Sales, Operations, Customer Service, and Finance to ensure alignment and execution.Ensure clear communication across teams with nothing falling through the gaps.Provide regular reporting on shipping performance, costs, and operational metrics to leadership.Warehouse Oversight & SecurityOversee warehouse operations from a high level, ensuring efficiency, organization, and accountability.Manage warehouse security, including monitoring camera systems and protecting all inventory and assets.Customs & ComplianceEnsure full compliance with all customs, duties, and import/export regulations.Oversee and manage all documentation related to international shipments, including duties, tariffs, and customs clearance.Work with brokers and logistics partners to ensure shipments move smoothly across borders without delays or penalties.Stay up to date with changing regulations and ensure the company remains fully compliant at all times.RequirementsMinimum of 5 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain management.Strong experience managing both inbound and outbound warehouse operations.Proven ability to negotiate rates and manage relationships with logistics partners and carriers.Strong understanding of DTC shipping and parcel carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.).Experience creating and managing FBA shipments across multiple countries.Experience with international shipping, customs, and duty compliance.Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ownership mindset.Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.Proficient with computers, Microsoft Office, and logistics or inventory systems.Strong problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.Self-starter who takes accountability and drives results.Work LocationThis is a full-time, in-house position based in Miami, FloridaAbout Comfy CubsComfy Cubs is a fast-growing baby and nursery brand offering high-quality, affordable products including essentials, furniture, and toys. We operate across multiple marketplaces and are building a strong, structured team to support our continued growth.We are looking for individuals who are organized, accountable, and take pride in building efficient, scalable operations.Compensation:Compensation includes a competitive base salary in the range of $90,000 – $105,000, based on experience and qualifications, along with paid time off and a contribution toward medical benefits.
