In this role, you'll work closely with the Project Manager, Program Manager, design teams, contractors, inspectors, and facility stakeholders to ensure safe, high‐quality, and compliant execution of all construction activities.You'll lead day‐to‐day field oversight from preconstruction through turnover-anticipating issues, driving communication, and maintaining strong Owner representation throughout the project lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily construction activities to ensure full compliance with plans, specifications, permits, and regulatory requirements.Maintain strong onsite presence to track progress, resolve field issues, and support schedule and sequencing strategies.Lead site logistics planning, shutdown coordination, material deliveries, and operational impact reviews.Monitor contractor performance, manpower, workmanship, and safety.Manage RFIs, submittals, field changes, and technical clarifications.Conduct regular field walks to verify quality, testing, commissioning, and system readiness.Coordinate inspections and compliance activities with HCAI, City agencies, IORs, and other authorities.Support documentation, daily logs, progress tracking, pay application reviews, punch lists, and closeout.Bring your curiosity, collaborative mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast‐paced environment. At Jacobs, we'll support your growth and help you make an impact on the communities we serve.Here's what you'll needBachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field or equivalent work experience.12+ years of hands-on construction management experience delivering complex projects - healthcare, lab, research, or similarly regulated environmentsExperience working in occupied environments, active healthcare or research campuses, and delivering complex tenant improvement projects.Strong understanding of construction means and methods, sequencing, logistics, site controls, and safety requirements.Proven experience managing field coordination, daily oversight, quality assurance, and stakeholder communication on active construction sites.Familiarity with project management and construction tools (Procore, Bluebeam, P6, Unifier, etc.)Ideally, You'll Also Have* CCM, PMP, OSHA-30, DBIA, CM-Lean, or similar credentials#BIA#WestPMCM#LI-CS1Posted Salary Range: Minimum128,200.00Posted Salary Range: Upper190,000.00Our health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about.
