The Position
We're seeking a qualified Full-Time Pest Service Manager to supervise, train, and evaluate technicians while also planning, coordinating, and initiating company operations, policies, and procedures while upholding Fox Pest Control's core values in all duties performed.
A Day in the Life of a Pest Service Manager
Effectively incorporate Fox Pest Control's core values within the Branch
Learn and participate in all aspects of the Pest Control Industry, including technical, route, sales, administrative, and operational management
Day to day work in the old Boston North territory, with occasional visits to the Acton Branch office.
Work closely with the branch manager and office personnel
Supervise, train, and evaluate technicians
Plan, coordinate, and initiate company policy and procedures
Manage a multi-level staff, including recruiting, hiring, coaching, and counseling at least 10+ individuals
Effectively delegate responsibility and authority to others
Perform other duties as assigned
What is Required
Minimum of 2+ experience in leadership
Pest Control or Lawn Care industry experience is strongly preferred
Understanding of industry standards and state and federal regulations
Previous sales management experience is preferred
Exceptional customer service and retention skills
Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent follow-up, organizational, and time management skills, including route
management
Need to be able to multi-task and perform a wide variety of duties
Required to obtain a commercial pesticide license
Must be located within the Old Boston North territory

Base pay $65,000 - $75,000+ DOE and additional bonus structure
