The Position We're seeking a qualified Full-Time Pest Service Manager to supervise, train, and evaluate technicians while also planning, coordinating, and initiating company operations, policies, and procedures while upholding Fox Pest Control's core values in all duties performed. A Day in the Life of a Pest Service Manager Effectively incorporate Fox Pest Control's core values within the Branch Learn and participate in all aspects of the Pest Control Industry, including technical, route, sales, administrative, and operational management Day to day work in the old Boston North territory, with occasional visits to the Acton Branch office. Work closely with the branch manager and office personnel Supervise, train, and evaluate technicians Plan, coordinate, and initiate company policy and procedures Manage a multi-level staff, including recruiting, hiring, coaching, and counseling at least 10+ individuals Effectively delegate responsibility and authority to others Perform other duties as assigned What is Required Minimum of 2+ experience in leadership Pest Control or Lawn Care industry experience is strongly preferred Understanding of industry standards and state and federal regulations Previous sales management experience is preferred Exceptional customer service and retention skills Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills Excellent follow-up, organizational, and time management skills, including route management Need to be able to multi-task and perform a wide variety of duties Required to obtain a commercial pesticide license Must be located within the Old Boston North territory What we offer Base pay $65,000 - $75,000+ DOE and additional bonus structure DAY 1 Health Insurance, including Medical, Dental, and Vision for full-time employees DAY 1 401k with a generous company match and no vesting period PTO after just 30 days for Full-time individuals Paid Holidays are offered at the date of hire Paid Sick leave and Bereavement for FT/PT employees Empowering and positive workplace culture Strong potential and room for growth with an Individualized Leadership Plan for every team member Paid hands-on training opportunities Equal Employment Opportunity In order to provide equal employment and advancement opportunities to all individuals, employment decisions at Fox Pest Control will be based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
