Vanderbilt University Medical Center is seeking an Adult Reconstructive surgeon to join the faculty of the Department of Orthopaedics in Lebanon, Tennessee. Position Highlights:Step into a growing Orthopaedic practice with 7 Orthopaedic surgeons who provide care at Vanderbilt Wilson County Hospital, a 245-bed regional hospital on the east side of the Nashville metro. Complex cases can be taken to Vanderbilt University Hospital in Nashville.This position offers a great mix of academics and private practice; it is primarily clinical with the opportunity to participate in education or research, if desired.Our multidisciplinary team includes anesthesiologists, radiologists, occupational and physical therapists, a patient education coordinator, social worker, and highly trained nursing staff.Great work/life balance shared general ortho call is 1:8.Vanderbilt faculty have access to excellent resources including a centralized transfer center, AI scribe technology, mentorship, and professional development.The Vanderbilt Department of Orthopaedics offers stable, supportive leadership and tremendous market opportunities for regional expansion in middle Tennessee.Qualifications: MD/DO with board certification or eligibility in Orthopaedic Surgery and fellowship training in Adult Reconstruction with a firm commitment to the Vanderbilt values of innovation, collaboration, and quality.
