Timing, compliance, and execution directly impact product quality and customer relationships.We are looking for a Logistics Administrator who can operate at a high level inside a fast-paced, detail-heavy environment. This role is not slow or passive. It is execution-driven, process-heavy, and critical to keeping the operation running clean and compliant.The RoleYou will be responsible for supporting fleet operations, compliance, driver onboarding, and administrative execution across the business.You are the person making sure:Paperwork is rightDrivers are onboarded correctlyCompliance is handled before it becomes a problemNothing slips through the cracksCore ResponsibilitiesOperational Paperwork & ReportingReview and audit driver envelopes, trip paperwork, and trailer reportsEnsure accuracy, completeness, and proper filingMaintain organized, audit-ready recordsCompliance & PermittingHandle MC-150 filings and DOT compliance documentationManage truck/trailer registrationsSecure and track overweight/oversize permitsSupport audit readiness across all compliance categoriesClaims & Insurance CoordinationAssist in handling accident and cargo claimsCommunicate with insurance providersTrack incidents and maintain proper documentationDriver Hiring & OnboardingConduct interviews for all driver applicantsRun and coordinate driver onboarding and orientationEnsure all required documents are complete before drivers are dispatchedInventory & Equipment ManagementManage driver equipment, onboarding materials, and company swagTrack inventory and distributionEnsure all drivers are properly outfitted before hitting the roadWhat This Role RequiresHigh attention to detail — mistakes cost time and moneyAbility to stay focused and productive during 12-hour shiftsStrong organizational and follow-through skillsClear communication, especially when dealing with drivers and insuranceAbility to work in a fast-paced, operational environmentWillingness to hold standards and enforce processPreferred Experience, Not RequiredTrucking, logistics, or transportation experienceDOT compliance or safety backgroundAdministrative or operations support experienceWork Environment100% in-office role, no remote option24/7 operation supporting a live, moving fleetHigh-accountability, team-first environmentDirect impact on daily operations and customer successCompensationCompetitive pay based on experience ($65-72k)Opportunity to grow into operations, compliance, or safety leadership rolesWhy Agro Trans SolutionsWe are not a corporate office; we are a working operation.
