This position offers strong visibility within the business, direct collaboration with senior leadership, and clear progression opportunities into senior operational leadership over time.🎯 Key Responsibilities• Manage structural steel fabrication projects from handoff through closeout• Coordinate detailing, fabrication schedules, deliveries, and installation activities• Maintain communication with customers, subcontractors, field teams, and internal departments• Review shop drawings, project specifications, and change orders• Monitor project schedules, costs, and overall project performance• Issue purchase orders and coordinate subcontractor agreements• Support fabrication progress and resolve project-related challenges proactively• Ensure projects remain on track while maintaining strong client relationships✅ Ideal Candidate Profile• Experience managing structural steel fabrication projects• Strong understanding of fabrication processes, erection sequencing, and shop drawings• Familiarity with AISC standards and structural steel specifications• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently• Strong communication and problem-solving skills• Experience working with project management and construction software platforms• Self-motivated, team-oriented, and comfortable in a hands-on environment📨 How to ApplyApply now or email your resume over to jwest@novaxrecruitment.com
