As Manager of Data Entry, you will manage the day-to-day operations that makes this happen – achieving accuracy and target volumes as service scales.What You'll DoLead the data entry team responsible for entering reportsRun daily standups and weekly team meetings to allocate resources and surface blockersEnsure entry quality, tracking error rates, and fixing root causesWork with team SMEs to schedule regular training and continuously upskill teamPartner with the Customer Success Manager to address customer inquiriesMaintain reporting standards and produce operational metrics for leadershipBuild and maintain SOPs and documentation so the operation stays repeatableInterview and hire for the team as the operation growsSkills RequiredTime management and organization, comfortable under volume pressureBasic data analysis and manipulation (e.g., Excel; Tableau a plus)Clear expectation setting, tasking, and delivering regular, effective feedbackDetail-oriented with a genuine quality-control mindsetRefining and documenting processes, not just executing themCompensation and BenefitsBase salary + annual discretionary bonusHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) and paid time offThis position is in-person only.
