IM Solutions is seeking a Director of Operations (EOS Integrator) to drive execution, accountability, and alignment across all departments. This role is responsible for translating the company's vision into clear, actionable plans, improve operational efficiency, and lead teams to consistently deliver results. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership skills, a proven background in audio-visual systems and construction, and an entrepreneurial mindset.This position offers significant growth potential, including performance and leadership-based incentives that may lead to business ownership opportunities.Reports to: CEO/ EOS VisionaryKey Responsibilities: 1. Operations Leadership: Oversee and hold accountable all major functions including Installation, Engineering, and Service/MaintenanceTranslate company vision into clear, executable plans and priorities ("Rocks")Ensure all projects and departmental initiatives are completed on time, within scope, and within budgetDrive operational efficiency, profitability, and scalability across the organization2. Accountability & Execution: Maintain and enforce the company Accountability ChartEnsure the right people are in the right seatsHold leadership team members accountable to measurable KPIs and ScorecardsDrive completion of quarterly and annual goals3. Team Leadership and Development: Lead, coach, and develop department managersFoster a culture of discipline, accountability, and continuous improvementResolve cross-functional issues and eliminate organizational silosPromote strong communication and collaboration across all teams4. EOS Implementation & Business Rhythm: Lead weekly EOS Level 10 (L10) leadership meetingsEnsure consistent use of EOS tools and processes across the organizationMaintain Scorecards to track performance and drive data-based decisionsIdentify, prioritize, and solve key business issues5. Visionary Alignment: Partner closely with the Visionary to filter and prioritize ideasBalance innovation with practical executionMaintain organizational focus and prevent distractions from core prioritiesEssential Duties You'll Need to Fulfill: This is a partial list. Other duties may be assigned as needed.Lead and manage IM Solutions operations and Line of Business (LOB) functionsLead weekly leadership L10 meetingsDrive quarterly planning sessions and ensure execution of company RocksMaintain and track company Scorecards and KPIsIdentify, prioritize, and resolve company-wide issuesWork closely with Leadership Team to implement policies, procedures, and systemsEnsure alignment and communication across all departmentsMaintain a safe, productive, and high-performing work environmentCommunicate and resolve operational and customer-related issues effectivelyWork collaboratively with all IM Solutions staff for the greater good of the companyRequired Qualifications: Strong organizational and leadership skills managing teams of 10+ peopleMinimum of 7–10 years experience in operations, project management, or business leadershipMinimum of 7-10 years experience in audio-visual systems and constructionProven ability to lead multiple departments and drive resultsStrong understanding of business operations, financial performance, and KPIsExperience with Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) or similar business frameworksCommitment to people management with dignity and respectEntrepreneurial experience and/or spiritExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesProficiency in business systems such as ERP, CRM, and Microsoft OfficeAbility to adapt to changing business needs and drive continuous improvementTo Achieve Top-Level Success, You Will Need To: Support, contribute, and comply with the company's Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS)Align with the Core Values of IM SolutionsWork well under pressure and maintain the highest standards of integrity and teamsmanshipBe a strong executor who drives accountability and resultsIM Solutions Core Values AlignmentCore values are the most important aspects of the IM Solutions culture.
