This role is ideal for clinicians who want flexibility, consistent referrals, and hands-on clinical guidance—whether you’re a CF building confidence or an experienced SLP looking for a stable caseload and autonomy.Make your application after reading the following skill and qualification requirements for this position.Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate pediatric communication needs and recommend services based on findingsCreate and implement individualized treatment plans aligned to functional outcomesUse play-based and evidence-informed approaches to keep children motivatedCommunicate progress clearly with families and provide practical at-home strategiesCoordinate care with supervisors and team members; participate in case consultsKeep documentation accurate, compliant, and completed on timeManage a predictable caseload while maintaining quality and consistencyRequired QualificationsMaster’s degree in Speech-Language PathologyGA SLP license or CF eligibility; CCC-SLP welcomeStrong clinical reasoning and ability to apply feedback in a mentored environmentDependable, organized, and comfortable building relationships with familiesAuthorized to work in the United StatesPreferred QualificationsExperience with articulation/phonology, language delays, and social communication goalsFamiliarity with parent coaching models and goal-writing best practicesBilingual clinicians are welcome (not required)Tools & TechnologyScheduling and documentation system (training provided)Virtual meeting tools for supervision, collaboration, and telehealth supportPediatric assessment resources and therapy materialsPlease NOTEIt is crucial that you complete the application form in full.
