A company is looking for a Knowledge Base Associate I to enhance customer education on their SaaS product.
Key Responsibilities
Audit and optimize help documentation based on customer feedback
Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to update articles with new feature releases
Create multimedia educational content to enhance written guides
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in SaaS, martech, or a related field
1-3 years of experience creating customer-facing help documentation
Experience working with small/local businesses is preferred
Proficiency with screen-capture and video tools
Familiarity with the HighLevel platform is advantageous
