We are looking for a Sandblaster/Painter who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and shares our commitment to continuous improvement.Requirements:Driver’s LicenseOwn means of transportationCapable to work at heightsTravel requiredPainting and Sandblasting experience requiredFull Job Description:Surface preparationMixing and applying paint or coatingsOperating sandblasting equipment to clean or texture surfacesHandling industrial-grade paints and coatingsUnderstanding and performing proper masking proceduresEnsuring adequate ventilation during work processesCompleting thorough cleanup procedures after tasksUsing respirators during sandblasting and painting to protect against airborne particles and fumesCan troubleshoot blast pot and paint mixersCapable of working at heightsTakes direction from Foreman.
