Second-Shift Lead, Integration & Subassemblies

Relativity Space is building Terran R and manufacturing at scale. The Manufacturing team leads process development, tooling, and production equipment, translating engineering requirements into optimized lines. This role focuses on second-shift supervision, with 3:30PM PST–2:00AM PST hours and cross-functional collaboration to drive safety, quality, and delivery. You will directly supervise up to 25 technicians and shift leads, nurture high-performance teams, and ensure 6S and equipment readiness J-18808-Ljbffr
