This is a high-visibility, fast-paced role providing administrative and procurement support to senior executives within a federal environment.Position OverviewThe Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to designated Senior Leaders and their offices. This role requires exceptional organization, communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a professional federal setting.This is an onsite position at Headquarters in Washington, DC. Telework is not authorized except for episodic situations approved in advance.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and prioritize high-volume workflow for Senior LeadersSchedule meetings, appointments, and special event participationCoordinate official appointments and maintain executive calendarsGreet and escort visitors at HeadquartersMaintain tracking systems for incoming correspondence and action itemsDraft and proofread correspondence, reports, and official documentsManage incoming and outgoing communications (email, phone, mail)Coordinate travel arrangements and process travel vouchersMaintain records, databases, and project tracking toolsSupport administrative projects, data calls, and workplace analysisProcess internal ethics clearances for speakers and eventsAssist with procurement and acquisition processes under supervisionPerform additional administrative duties as requiredRequired Qualifications3-5 years of experience providing administrative and/or procurement support in a:Federal environmentInternational organizationFinancial institutionStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail and professionalismAbility to work independently with limited supervisionAbility to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environmentNote: Candidates with less than 3 years of experience may be considered based on education and relevant experience.EducationBachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred (not required)Security RequirementMust qualify for and maintain an active Public Trust clearanceWork Schedule8-hour workday plus 45-minute lunchCore hours: 8:30 AM - 4:45 PMFlexible start/end time within 8:00 AM - 6:45 PMNo work required on Federal Holidays or building closure daysTravel is not anticipatedAdditional InformationGovernment-furnished equipment providedCandidates must be approved by the Government prior to onboardingIf you are a detail-oriented professional with federal administrative experience and the ability to support senior leadership in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply.About our CompanyDataSoft Technologies is a highly recognized provider of professional IT Consulting services in the US.
