Bilingual Customer Service Representative $20/hr (TEMP)

Job Description Job Title: CSR I - Outreach (Bilingual English/Spanish)Pay Rate: $20.00/hour Position Type: Full-Time Project Length: 90 Days (3-Month Assignment) Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST Work Location: Mountain View, CA 94043This position requires travel to various locations within the county as needed. Position OverviewThe CSR I - Outreach (Bilingual English/Spanish) is responsible for providing in-person outreach and enrollment support services to beneficiaries. This role involves presenting managed care options, assisting with enrollment and disenrollment processes, and supporting community engagement efforts. The position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in both independent and team environments. Job ResponsibilitiesConduct face-to-face outreach and enrollment services in both group and individual settingsPresent Managed Care options and assist beneficiaries in understanding and utilizing healthcare plansSupport enrollment and disenrollment processes, including documentation and follow-upProvide assistance with medical exemptions and waiver inquiriesCommunicate enrollment status updates and respond to beneficiary questionsPerform accurate data entry and maintain records in CRM systemsTransmit enrollment and disenrollment data according to established proceduresMaintain positive relationships with county staff, community partners, and clientsParticipate in community events, outreach programs, and health fairsAssist with onboarding and training of new staff when neededMonitor and report trends, issues, and opportunities for process improvementEnsure compliance with program policies, procedures, and performance standardsMeet productivity and quality metrics established for the rolePerform additional duties as assigned Travel RequirementsTravel is required to support coverage at various locationsMust have a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and active insuranceMileage reimbursement will be provided from the assigned home base to work sites Minimum QualificationsHigh School Diploma, GED, or equivalent requiredBilingual in English and Spanish (required)Typing speed of at least 20 WPMProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentAbility to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyAbility to work independently and as part of a team Preferred QualificationsExperience in customer service, call center, or public-facing rolesExperience in healthcare, Medicaid, or human services environmentsExperience with community outreach, public speaking, or presentationsExperience working with diverse or underserved populations Work Environment & Physical RequirementsWork is performed in office and community-based environmentsMust be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periodsMay occasionally lift or move items up to 25 poundsCompany DescriptionThroughout the past 30 years plus, MMC, one of the most trusted names in workforce management services, has successfully delivered strategic solutions to large and small businesses in numerous industries.We have built our reputation on partnering with our clients and candidates to achieve the desired results.
