Shipping Supervisor

Shipping Supervisor Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Shipping Supervisor to oversee and coordinate daily outbound shipping operations within our warehouse. This role is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely flow of goods while maintaining compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily outbound shipping activities Lead and support the shipping team to ensure efficiency and accuracy Monitor daily workload priorities and adjust resources as needed Ensure all shipments are processed correctly and meet quality standards Maintain compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices Perform data entry and maintain accurate shipping records in company systems Qualifications: Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment Excellent written communication and attention to detail Proficiency in computer systems and data entry Ability to quickly learn and effectively use shipping software and tools Prior supervisory or leadership experience in shipping/warehouse operations preferred Additional Information: This role requires a hands-on leader who is adaptable and able to take on additional responsibilities as operational needs evolve.
