Job Title: Construction ManagerLocation: 401 W Washington St, Phoenix, AZ 85003Name of Project: Sandra Day O’Connor Courthouse Hardening ProjectClient: General Services Administration (GSA)Pay Range: $110k-135k per year plus benefitsAnticipated Start Date: May 2026Project Duration: 1 YearProject Details (Size, SOW, Site Background, Etc.)SOW: The project scope consists of existing curtainwall retrofits to a height of approximately 8’-8”, replacement/reconfiguration of doors within the existing curtainwall, replacement/reconfiguration of doors and lites in existing storefront systems, replacement/reconfiguration of doors in framed walls, and addition of an exit door at the west side of the building within existing curtainwall.Daily ResponsibilitiesMaintain excellent relationships with clients, building occupants, Designer and the General ContractorManage and coordinate consultants and staff to provide a full range of construction management services.Manage project schedules from inception to close outLead project meetings, document action items and produce agendas and minutesReview and recommend for approval contractor monthly requisitions and invoicesProvide efficient change order and cost control management, provide Independent Government Estimates, analyze contractor proposals and make recommendations to GSAProvide Daily reports, Quality Assurance inspections and report on project issues and provide status updates. Weekly and Monthly reports as required by the Client.Perform other duties as may be required.Required Qualifications (Experience, Education, Certifications, Clearances, Etc.)Minimum of (5) years of construction experience serving as a Construction Manager, Construction Management Representative, Owner's Representative. Experience in general construction, concrete, sitework and utility installation.Have Experience managing GSA projects in a CMa role.Have experience preparing cost estimates and Independent Government Estimates. Have experience preparing Integrated Master Schedules. Have experience in reviewing contractor shop drawings and submittals Have experience with P100 and code compliance requirements Preferred QualificationsExperience managing staff and consultants to provide a full range of construction management services, including change management, scheduling, budget analysis, estimating, risk management, commissioning, and quality assurance (Safety, MEP, Structural, Life Safety, Fire Prevention)Have a degree in Construction Management, Architecture or EngineeringCertified or pursuing certification as a Construction Manager (CCM) by the Construction Manager Certification Institute (CMAA)
