Scrum Master

Overview In this role you will drive the team toward iteration goals as a trained facilitator, challenging old development norms while maintaining focus on delivering incrementally. You will guide continuous improvement, helping the team own actions and become self-solving. You will advocate Agile values and practices, and remove blockers—engaging other teams when needed to keep work on track.
