Crypto Trading Bot Developer

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Crypto Trading Bot Developer to design, implement, and optimize automated cryptocurrency trading strategies. This role is critical to our trading team’s success, enabling us to leverage data-driven algorithms for high-performance execution in various markets. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of quantitative skills, programming expertise, and deep understanding of crypto market dynamics.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy high-performance crypto trading bots for spot, futures, and DeFi markets.Implement and backtest trading strategies based on market data, technical indicators, and statistical models.Integrate bots with multiple crypto exchange APIs (e.g., Binance, Bybit, OKX, Coinbase, DEX platforms).Monitor bot performance, identify inefficiencies, and make iterative improvements.Develop automated risk management systems including stop-loss, take-profit, and position sizing mechanisms.Collaborate with the research team to transform trading ideas into executable strategies.Maintain code quality, documentation, and ensure systems run reliably in live environments.QualificationsTechnical Skills:Proficiency in Python or Node.js (C++/Rust is a plus).Experience with crypto exchange APIs (REST/WebSocket) and order execution flow.Familiarity with pandas, NumPy, TA-Lib, or similar data analysis libraries.Knowledge of multi-threading, asynchronous programming, and low-latency execution.Market Knowledge:Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, DeFi protocols, and derivatives trading.Experience in quantitative strategy development and backtesting.Education & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).Proven track record of building and deploying trading bots in live environments.Soft Skills:Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Collaborative approach to working with traders, analysts, and other developers.Success in This RoleA successful Crypto Trading Bot Developer will deliver stable, profitable, and scalable automated trading systems that can adapt to rapidly changing market conditions.
