The opportunities are endless.Job OverviewThe Enhancement Crew Lead is responsible for managing a number of groundskeeping teams. This person is responsible for overseeing the construction of outdoor spaces and maintaining existing grounds, monitoring and training workers, supervising the use of equipment, ensuring staff observe safety guidelines and protocols.QualificationsMinimum 3 years' experience in landscape constructionInstallation and care of tree and shrubsGeneral landscape masonry skills a plus!General Requirements IncludeValid driver's license with a good driving recordMassachusetts hydraulics license a plus!Ability to work in various weather conditionsGood physical condition with an ability to lift 40 lbsTeam player with high attention to detailBasic irrigation knowledge is helpfulCustom service oriented with strong communication skills is a mustUnderstanding of the importance of accurate and timely paperworkProven leadership skillsJob RequirementsHigh school diploma (degree in horticulture recommended). Relevant certificate may be required. Minimum of 2+ years working experience Knowledge of tools and equipment used in landscaping. On-the-job training as a landscape crew member. Experience in a leadership role would be advantageous. Ability to provide clear written and verbal instructions.
