Renewable Sales Representative Rentals & Site Services

Outside Sales Representative Our client is seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to develop new business and grow accounts across construction, industrial, infrastructure, and event-based projects. This role focuses on selling site services solutions (portable sanitation, dumpsters, and related services) by targeting active and upcoming job sites. Responsibilities: Prospect and secure new business across construction, infrastructure, industrial, and project-based environments. Build relationships with project managers, superintendents, and procurement teams. Manage full sales cycle: lead generation ? proposal ? close ? follow-up. Monitor project pipelines to identify upcoming opportunities. Conduct site visits and develop project-specific solutions and pricing. Partner with operations to ensure execution and customer satisfaction. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets. Qualifications: 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience. Experience in construction, rentals, waste/site services, or logistics preferred. Strong prospecting, relationship-building, and closing skills. Self-starter with the ability to manage a territory independently. Comfortable working in the field and visiting job sites. CRM experience (e.g., HubSpot). Valid driver's license.
