Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse)Build and maintain model-driven and canvas applicationsCustomize Dynamics 365 modules (Customer Service, Field Service, Finance & Operations)Develop C# plugins, workflows, and JavaScript-based customizationsArchitect and manage Dataverse data models and relationshipsImplement end-to-end automation workflows using Power AutomateIntegrate systems using REST APIs, Azure Functions, SharePoint, SQL, and third-party platformsLead data migration, API development, and system integration effortsConfigure and enforce security models and compliance standardsManage Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) processes and deploymentsDevelop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutionsMonitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performanceCollaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirementsProvide technical leadership and mentorship to team membersMaintain technical documentation and ensure adherence to IT governance standards Required Skills5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 3655+ years of experience with Workflow Design & Implementation5+ years of experience with PowerApps5+ years of experience with MS SQL5+ years of experience with Microsoft Active Directory / Azure AD5+ years of experience with PowerShell5+ years of experience with Web Technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, XML, RSS)5+ years of experience with Power BI5+ years of experience designing Enterprise-Level System Architectures Preferred SkillsExperience with building and deploying dynamic solution packagesExperience with security and data classification standards (CDC, HIPAA, CJIS) Additional QualificationsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work independently and in team environmentsExperience with IT governance, security frameworks, and best practicesAbility to align technical solutions with business objectives EducationBachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
