Cash Management Sales Officer
This is a banking positionThis role is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing cash management opportunities with existing business clients and prospective commercial customers.The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated sales professional with experience in treasury management, cash management, or commercial banking. This individual will work closely with Commercial Relationship Managers to deepen client relationships, grow deposits, increase fee income, and deliver customized treasury solutions that meet clients' operational and financial needs.Job RequirementsDevelop and expand cash management and treasury management relationships with commercial clients and prospectsPartner with Commercial Relationship Managers to achieve deposit growth and fee income objectivesAnalyze existing and prospective client relationships to identify treasury management opportunitiesAssess client financial statements and operational needs to recommend appropriate banking solutionsPresent and sell treasury management products, including ACH, wire services, remote deposit capture, positive pay, merchant services, and online banking solutionsConduct client and prospect meetings to identify opportunities and strengthen relationshipsParticipate in the onboarding and implementation process for new treasury management clientsNegotiate pricing and service structures while maximizing profitability and customer satisfactionGenerate new revenue through treasury management product sales and cross-selling initiativesSupport client retention efforts by providing exceptional service and ongoing relationship managementCollaborate with operations, technology, and implementation teams to ensure successful product deliveryMaintain an active calling program and sales pipeline to achieve individual and departmental goalsPrepare presentations and proposals for prospective and existing clientsEnsure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirementsJob QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or related field preferredMinimum 3 years of treasury management, cash management, commercial banking, or business banking experience requiredExperience selling treasury management or cash management products to commercial clients preferredStrong understanding of commercial banking products and servicesAbility to analyze financial statements and identify client banking needsStrong business development and relationship management skillsExcellent presentation, negotiation, and sales abilitiesStrong verbal and written communication skillsBilingual English and Spanish preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPointAbility to manage multiple client relationships and priorities simultaneouslyWillingness to travel locally to meet with clients and prospects
