Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Fairfield, CA

Job Description Master&#39;s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed for a contract position working in a school setting in Fairfield, CA. This role offers a 37.5-hour workweek, managing a K-12 caseload of approximately 55 students. The position is W-2 with full benefits included, as well as travel pay and reimbursements.Key Responsibilities:Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students from kindergarten through 12th grade.Provide direct therapy services to a diverse caseload of approximately 55 students.Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student communication goals.Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and regulatory standards.Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning for student success.Desired Qualifications:Valid Speech-Language Pathology License.Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.Experience in pediatric, school, or healthcare settings.Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) is preferred for early career professionals.Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in an educational environment.Familiarity with both SLP and SLPA roles appreciated.Location:Fairfield, Californiaworking onsite in a school environment.Benefits and Perks:Full-time employment with a standard 37.5-hour schedule.Competitive salary with travel pay and reimbursements for work-related travel.Comprehensive benefits package to support health and well-being.Supportive and professional working environment with opportunities for professional growth.Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply for this rewarding opportunity to provide essential speech-language services in a dynamic school setting.Compensation for this position ranges from $45.53 to $72.53.
