The successful candidate will work closely with CPA firms and local business owners to identify payroll and HR solutions that improve operational efficiency and support business growth.This is a hybrid field-based role requiring strong communication skills, professionalism, and comfort working in a highly active sales environment.RESPONSIBILITIESBuild relationships with CPA referral partnersGenerate and develop new business opportunitiesConduct in-person and virtual client meetingsPresent payroll and HR software solutionsProspect within assigned territoryMaintain pipeline activity and forecasting within SalesforceManage activity metrics and sales goalsDevelop relationships with small business ownersCollaborate with internal teams to support onboarding and client successStay current on product offerings and industry trendsTHE QUALIFICATIONSMust-Have Requirements1-2 years of B2B sales experience preferredExperience working against a quotaComfortable prospecting and generating new businessStrong communication and relationship-building skillsValid driver's license and reliable transportationComfortable working in a field-based sales environmentPreferred QualificationsSaaS, payroll, HCM, staffing, telecom, merchant services, insurance, or banking experienceCRM or Salesforce experienceRecent graduates from sales programs encouraged to applyStrong professionalism and presentation abilityTHE BENEFITS$53K base salary$30K variable compensation at 100% quotaApprox. $500/month vehicle and cell reimbursement after trainingHybrid work structureStrong onboarding and sales trainingCareer growth opportunitiesComprehensive healthcare benefits401(k) with employer contributionPTO and company holidays
