Creative Marketing Specialist
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
The Creative Marketing Specialist will help to develop the brand of The Elsie Academy. Reporting to the Vice President the Creative Marketing Specialist will be responsible for social media post, creative content, school newsletters, school related PowerPoints, coordination of community events and all marketing advertisement. Will conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor offerings and demographic data. · Work with CEO and Vice President to come up with branding ideas, graphic designs, promotional materials and advertising copies. · Discover effective marketing and promotional channels, including media platforms to be used to relay product messages to customers. · Create marketing campaigns and strategies through evaluating key performance metrics to drive brand awareness. · Create innovative marketing campaigns depending on robust data and present the recommendations to management. · In collaboration with the Executive Director work on event planning and set up · Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through networking and prospecting. · Create goals and objectives to approach customers through appropriate marketing channels. · Help in outbound and inbound marketing activities by displaying expertise in certain areas such as events planning, advertising, optimization and content development. · Manage all social media sites to include the company website · May manage some leads calling follow up to direct for tours or Executive Director connection.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
· High School Diploma, Some College Preferred · 3 + years’ experience, with demonstrated expertise in experiential marketing · Proficient in (MAC) Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design · Proficient in Canva and other on-line platforms · Previous experience working with a broad range of Media (online, print, video) · Must be flexible with schedule, may include some weekend work or evening work as project requires · A love for children and a strong desire to make a difference every day · Excellent administrative, organizational, verbal, listening, and communication skills required · Must be physically able lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors. Must be able to assume postures in low levels to allow physical and visual contact with children, see and hear well enough to keep children safe, and engage in physical activity. Should be able to stand long hours. · Ability to speak, read, and write English.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
