Job Title: Product Designer UX / Purchase Experience (Hybrid NYC) Location:New York City, NY (Hybrid 3 days onsite preferred) Duration:12-Month Contract (Potential for Extension/Conversion) Pay Rate:$50/hour on W2 Work Authorization:Open toUSC / GC only Job SummaryWe are seeking an experiencedProduct Designer (UX)to support the design and delivery ofnext-generation digital experienceswithin a complex, data-driven environment. This role will focus onpurchase experience workflows , requiring strong ownership of end-to-end product design across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working inAgile environments , collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliverhigh-quality, user-centered solutions . Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and deliverend-to-end UX designfrom discovery through implementation Design and optimizecomplex workflows , including dashboards, forms, and process-driven systems Createuser flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes Partner with Product Managers and Engineers inAgile sprint cycles Translate business and user requirements intointuitive and scalable design solutions Conduct or supportuser research, usability testing, and data-driven decision-making Ensure designs meetaccessibility standards (WCAG)and usability best practices Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Data, and Content Required Qualifications5+ years of experiencein Product Design / UX Design Strong proficiency inFigma and prototyping tools Experience designingcomplex enterprise workflows(dashboards, forms, process-driven systems) Hands-on experience working inAgile environments with engineering teams Strong understanding ofuser-centered design principles Ability to communicate design decisions clearly to stakeholders Preferred QualificationsExperience infinancial services, fintech, insurance, or regulated industries Exposure toAI-driven features or intelligent workflows(e.g., automation, AI-assisted UX) Experience contributing to or maintainingdesign systems Familiarity with tools such asJira, FigJam, Miro What Were Looking ForStrongportfolio with detailed case studies(mandatory) Ability to handlecomplex, data-heavy environments Proven experience withend-to-end product ownership Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills Interview ProcessUp to2 interview rounds Quick turnaround expected
