The organization has a strong national presence, a diverse project portfolio, and more than 2,000 professionals across 70+ locations nationwide.Job DescriptionLead and oversee power delivery projects across transmission, distribution, substations, protection & controls, interconnection, and related infrastructure throughout the U.S.Provide strategic technical leadership across engineering, design, project management, and executionManage, mentor, and grow teams of Project Managers, engineers, designers, and technical staffServe as a senior client liaison, building and maintaining strong relationships while supporting projects from concept through executionPartner with leadership to expand market presence, grow client relationships, and pursue new opportunitiesDrive recruiting, retention, and development of top technical talentLead annual business planning, including revenue forecasting, staffing strategy, and growth initiativesOversee project budgets, schedules, staffing, and resource allocationImprove internal processes, delivery standards, QA/QC practices, and operational scalabilityCoordinate across internal teams, utility clients, developers, contractors, and stakeholdersEstablish and maintain technical standards and best practices across the Power Delivery groupPromote a culture of technical excellence, accountability, mentorship, and proactive communicationMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
