Apartment Maintenance Technician (Part-Time)Locations: Creedmoor, NC 27522 & Wake Forest, NC 27587 Schedule: Weekdays | 9:00 AM-5:00 PM (Part-Time) Assignment Type: Contract Pay: $18/hr Support multifamily communities across two locations with essential maintenance, repairs, and turn work. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on problem-solving and keeping properties running smoothly.
