Delphi Developer

We are seeking an experienced Delphi Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise applications. This role focuses on modernizing legacy systems while ensuring the stability and enhancement of existing applications. The ideal candidate will analyze business requirements, develop scalable and secure solutions, and enable seamless integration with databases, APIs, and third-party systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, optimize system performance, and maintain mission-critical applications.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and enhance Delphi-based applications, including web components, while troubleshooting and resolving issues across both new and existing systemsAnalyze business and user requirements to develop efficient, high-quality code, ensuring application performance, reliability, and stabilityIntegrate applications with databases and external systems, support legacy platforms, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective software solutionsRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field from an accredited institution10+ years of software development experience, including at least 8 years working with DelphiStrong expertise in object-oriented programming and Delphi (versions 6/7 through XE10)Extensive experience with DB2 backend technologiesProven experience developing and maintaining complex insurance or underwriting applications using Delphi (preferred)Strong understanding of relational databases, particularly Oracle and/or Microsoft SQL Server
