Office Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Coordinator to join our team. This role is a foundational position designed to support daily operations, manage our showroom, and provide cross-team assistance. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow into a Sales Assistant role.Key Responsibilities:Office & Administrative SupportGreet and receive guests for meetings; provide hospitality (water, coffee, etc.).Manage office supplies (tape, water, pens, etc.) and handle donation/trash pickups.Act as a point of security/barrier to the rest of the office.Coordinate building/floor maintenance requests and manage company calendar notices (office/warehouse closures).Assist with holiday party coordination, including venue booking and invites.Showroom ManagementOversee showroom upkeep – stocking snacks, cleanliness, and organization.Support merchandising and product presentation.Manage showroom bookings, preparation, and post-meeting clean-up.Logistics & OperationsHandle sample deliveries across NYC, including packing and shipping samples.Assist with sample reception and distribution (including freight elevator management).Support China shipments and related logistics.Cross-Team CollaborationServe as a liaison between different floors and departments.Assist with onboarding new hires and supporting company-wide training.Provide miscellaneous assistance across divisions as needed.What We’re Looking For:Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented mindset.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
