Job Summary:Seeking a highly experienced Senior Automation Controls Engineer / PLC SME with strong expertise in Allen-Bradley PLC systems and industrial automation equipment. The ideal candidate will support troubleshooting, optimization, and improvement of automation systems within manufacturing environments.Key Responsibilities:Troubleshoot and resolve Allen-Bradley PLC programming and controls issuesServe as a technical SME for automation and control systemsAnalyze and improve automation equipment performance and reliabilityReview equipment designs and recommend enhancements based on manufacturing needsSupport commissioning, debugging, testing, and continuous improvement activitiesCollaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and client teamsEnsure systems meet safety, quality, and operational standardsRequired Skills:Strong hands-on Allen-Bradley PLC programming/troubleshooting experienceDeep knowledge of industrial automation and manufacturing equipmentExperience with HMI, SCADA, drives, sensors, and industrial communication protocols preferredStrong problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to work with cross-functional teams and clientsPreferred Qualifications:Experience in manufacturing or industrial automation environmentsBackground in equipment redesign and process optimizationBachelor’s degree in Electrical, Automation Engineering, or related field preferred
