Lead Express Technician | Maintenance Bay ManagerThe Role: Parr 3 Automotive is looking for a dependable, high-energy Lead Express Technician to own our quick-lube and maintenance operations. We are a high-volume shop in Boiling Springs that prides itself on the "You name it, we do it" slogan. We need a pro who can manage the pace of our express lane without sacrificing the quality our customers expect. Why work at Parr 3?Own Your Space: You won't just be an oil changer; you’ll be running the maintenance workflow.No Weekends: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM. Enjoy your Saturdays. Modern Tools: We use Tekmetric for all inspections. If you can use a smartphone, you can master our digital inspections (DVIs) to show customers exactly what their car needs.Growth Opportunity: We are a family shop. If you want to grow into a B-level or A-level tech, we provide the environment to make that happen.What We’re Looking For:Efficiency: You know how to pull a car in, perform a high-quality oil service, and complete a full digital inspection quickly and accurately.Tech Savvy: You’re comfortable documenting your work on a tablet and taking clear photos for customer transparency.Reliability: You show up ready to work and keep the bays clean and organized.Skill Set: Proficiency in oil services, tire rotations, fluid flushes, and basic maintenance (filters, wipers, bulbs).Qualifications:Previous experience in a high-volume quick lube or independent shop.A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are a must.Professional attitude—you represent the shop when you’re in the bays.
