This role is focused on rack and stack assembly, system integration, rack-level cabling, and hardware installation in a fast-paced production environment.This is a strong fit for candidates with hands-on assembly experience, good technical awareness, and the ability to follow layouts, diagrams, and work instructions accurately.Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble and integrate server racks and full systemsInstall and mount servers into racksInstall and connect networking equipment, switches, and cablesPerform rack-level cabling and power distributionSupport system-level testing and validationTroubleshoot basic integration and assembly issuesWork with engineering and quality teams to escalate issues when neededFollow work instructions, rack layouts, and diagrams accuratelyMaintain quality, safety, and production standards in a fast-paced environmentQualificationsExperience in assembly, manufacturing, or system integrationAbility to read and follow rack layouts, diagrams, and work instructionsFamiliarity with structured cabling and hardware installationComfortable using hand tools and working on full system buildsBasic understanding of networking equipment, Ethernet, or fiber is a plusStrong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a team environmentGood troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to stand for extended periods and work in a production settingWhy ApplyCompetitive pay with shift differentialsMultiple openings availableContract-to-hire opportunityWork with a leading manufacturing team in a high-demand environmentGreat fit for candidates with assembly and technical build experienceImportant Shift NoteCandidates open to graveyard shift may be trained on day or swing shift first, depending on business needs and training availability.
