This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-moving, innovative environment focused on building and maintaining scalable, reliable infrastructure for a groundbreaking AI SOC platform. As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a central role in enhancing the company's deployment processes, optimizing production environments, and empowering development teams through automation and best practices. This position is based in the United States and involves close collaboration with a global DevOps team primarily based in Israel. The ideal candidate will demonstrate independence, adaptability, and proactive problem-solving skills, thriving in a dynamic setting that values high-quality solutions and continuous improvement.QualificationsMinimum of 4+ years experience as a DevOps, Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), or Production Engineer.Hands-on experience managing production workloads on public cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Amazon Web Services (AWS).Proficiency with containerization and microservices architecture, including Docker and Kubernetes.Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines, with experience using tools like GitHub Actions, GitLab, Jenkins, ArgoCD, and Argo Rollouts.Strong background in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Terragrunt.Automation and scripting skills in Bash, Python, or Go.Familiarity with observability tools including OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, and VictoriaMetrics.Ability to work independently, manage priorities effectively, and adapt to evolving collaboration patterns across different time zones.Team-oriented mindset with curiosity, technical drive, and excellent communication skills for effective collaboration in a distributed environment.ResponsibilitiesChampion a DevOps mindset by identifying friction points in workflows and implementing scalable automation solutions to improve reliability, delivery speed, and developer experience.Operate, monitor, and optimize production environments using infrastructure as code and modern observability tools to ensure high performance and availability.Build and maintain intuitive internal tools that empower development teams, fostering a culture of self-service within R&D.Lead end-to-end deployment processes, from architecture design to implementation, managing deployments across multiple regions and environments.Collaborate closely with the Israel-based DevOps team, maintaining clear communication, ownership, and alignment despite time zone differences.Continuously evaluate and implement new technologies and frameworks to enhance infrastructure, automation, and operational efficiency.Support incident response and troubleshooting efforts, ensuring rapid resolution and minimal downtime.Contribute to documentation, best practices, and knowledge sharing across teams to promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.BenefitsGrabJobs offers a competitive benefits package designed to support the well-being and professional growth of its employees.
