Our organization values teamwork, education, and the continuous improvement of officiating standards. Role Description This is a contractor, on-site role based in the Charlotte Metro area. As a Soccer Referee, you will be responsible for enforcing game rules, making quick and fair decisions during matches, and maintaining an atmosphere of sportsmanship. Additionally this includes managing calendar of availability, gameplay, resolving conflicts on the field, ensuring player safety, and coordinating with other referees and officials. You will also participate in training sessions to stay updated on the latest rules and officiating techniques.
