Leadman - Irrigation Install (49464)

Juniper is Growing! We are seeking a Leadman - Irrigation Install to join our installation team. This position will work alongside the landscape construction/install crew and will handle temporary supervisory duties during the foreman’s absence. This is a development role toward becoming a Landscape Construction Foreman with our team.Juniper is a full-service landscape design, build, and management company servicing the Southeast. Join our company, where we Welcome/Grow/Celebrate you at Juniper!ResponsibilitiesPlanting trees, shrubs, and flowerbedsLaying sodInstalling pavers, stone walls, and hardscape projectsInstalling mulchIrrigation/sprinkler installationDigging trenches and holesPrepping soil areas for plantingsHand-wateringMoving soil, equipment, and materialsLeading and directing the crew as neededUsing hand tools, power tools and/or equipment to perform landscape installation/construction dutiesPerforming miscellaneous job-related duties as assignedSkills/RequirementsSupervisory experienceValid driver's licenseBilingual in English/Spanish preferredExperience with landscape construction projectsKnowledge of landscape plants, grading, sod installation, drainage work, and irrigationMust be able and willing to work for long periods of time outside (in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight)Must be able and willing to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the dayMust be able to use hand tools and power equipment needed for landscape construction projectsMust be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.We Welcome/Grow/Celebrate you at Juniper!
