Our company is built on strong morals, values, and integrity, and we prioritize long-term client relationships and ethical behavior.Job Description:As a Traveling Superintendent, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all safety and quality standards.Responsibilities: ·      Lead on-site construction activities, ensuring work aligns with project plans and specifications.·      Manage day-to-day field operations, including scheduling, coordinating subcontractors, and quality control.·      Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety on the job site.·      Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to provide regular updates on progress.·      Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts swiftly, maintaining a positive working environment.·      Maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports, logs, and timekeeping records.Qualifications:·      Minimum of 3 years of experience as a superintendent in commercial or industrial construction.·      Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and subcontractors effectively.·      Knowledge of construction safety regulations, with OSHA 30 certification preferred.·      Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, subcontractors, and team members.·      Preferred proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office SuiteBenefits: ·      Competitive salary, per diem, truck allowance·      Industry-leading benefits, including health insurance, dental, vision, 401k·      A supportive company culture that values teamwork, integrity, and professional excellence.Start Date: Immediately
