The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of product development processes, familiarity with product design fabrication processes, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.Job responsibilitiesSupport Hardware Design TPMs in coordinating and driving engineering design deliverables, including specifications, DOE, and validation plansManage delivery of hardware components for development builds and drive qualification to meet mass production timelinesCreate development, delivery, and qualification schedules based on system requirements, technical challenges, lead-times, and business needsManage program structure to optimize clarity and efficiency for program teams and leadershipCommunicate program statuses, identifying potential setbacks, including vendor tooling schedules and design sprintsManage communication within and between internal cross-functional and external partnersEnsure program documents are complete, current, and available for staff and leadership review
